We were in town for a family reunion and this house was a great alternative to a hotel. It was very comfortable for all 7 of us and close to restaurants and shopping. Beds were comfy and kitchen was great:). Will definitely stay here again for our next reunion!!

Ferco’s place was great! The house was spotless, stylishly decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was close to everything we needed to visit. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it feel like a true home away from home. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting DFW—we’d definitely stay here again!”

A nice house in a nice neighborhood. The beds were very comfy and the house was very clean. We enjoyed the well equipped kitchen and the relaxing living room. There was plenty of space for everyone. Ferco was very responsive and kind.

The house was spacious and very clean. It was in an ideal location with many restaurant options near by. We were able to get to Six Flags in about 30 minutes and to the Stockyards on the toll took about 25 minutes.
Ferco was quick to respond.

The host was very friendly and responsive when I had a question. The place was very clean and great location!! What stood out the most is we were able to check in a lot earlier than the check in time. We really appreciated that! Just loved everything about our stay. Would recommend to anyone!!

We had a fantastic weekend stay at this house. We were three couples and a friend. Enough space for everyone. House was clean and smelled good. House is well kept. I love the couches and the beds. They were very comfortable. We cooked and grilled out. There was enough dishes and utensiles to accomodate our party of 7. It was an easy check-in/check-out process and the host answered all of our questions. We will definitely stay here again when we visit TEXAS. We loved it so much we are already looking at dates to go back.
You will not regret staying here. Perfect location, clean, and spacious.
